Sheba Rugege Hakiza, MPH
Sheba Hakiza, is the President of PPA. She is a versatile professional with a Master's in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, founded Pinnacle Planning Associates LLC. Her diverse career spans Clinical Trials, Biotechnology Project Management, and leadership roles such as Clinical Trials Systems Manager and Senior Clinical Research Associate. She has also served as a Principal Investigator in an International Infectious Disease Study, contributing to global health.
In addition to her scientific background, Sheba is a Regional Vice President Partner in a financial services firm, holding licenses in Insurance and Securities. With certifications as a Certified Scrum Master Professional and Certified Business Consultant, Sheba drives innovation and efficiency across sectors. She is actively involved in international nonprofit boards, demonstrating her dedication to addressing global issues. Known for her dynamic public speaking and organizational skills, she leads Pinnacle Planning Associates with a visionary approach.
Cathy Rwivanga, MBA
Dynamic Chief Growth Officer with a diverse background in Government Relations, Community Leadership, IT Data Security, and Agile Project Management. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and launching innovative cybersecurity solutions. Currently serving as President of the Washington DC Rwandan Community Association and former Vice President of the US Rwandan Community Abroad, showcasing exceptional leadership in community and campaign organizing, particularly with minority and women communities. Experienced in international and diplomatic affairs, leveraging a global perspective to foster strategic partnerships and drive organizational success. Holds an MBA in International Business and Political Science, blending technical expertise with strategic vision to empower teams and create impactful change. Peter Muwonge, MBA
Peter Muwonge is a dynamic and results-driven Business Development executive with a proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing high-value business opportunities across diverse industries. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pinnacle Planning Associates. As the Founder of Muwonge Capital Advisors, based in Washington, DC, Peter has successfully led the firm since 2014, developing and executing strategic initiatives that have driven substantial growth and enhanced revenue margins.
His expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationship management has positioned him as a key player in private equity and debt transactions, particularly for family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Peter’s career began after earning his BA in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University in 1999, followed by an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2006. His educational background, combined with experience gained at prominent institutions has provided him with a global perspective and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
